Xiaozhi-style Emoji Companion

Inspired by xiaozhi-esp32 (MIT, https://github.com/78/xiaozhi-esp32), the #1 ESP32 phenomenon — this is the face-and-personality half, honestly labeled: no voice chat in the browser (yet). An emoji face whose mood follows the REAL weather (live Open-Meteo feed), and it perks up when your cursor comes near. Drag the weather slider to time-travel through moods. Try changing: ① the weather→mood mapping in _mood_for() — make it love the rain. ② the greeting chirp pitch. ③ the idle blink rate.
